Yup, the brick currently has no crooks/dents etc I took out the one I experimented with. Here is the scene I'm working on right now, the bricks would be on the edges of the steps.
Uh, isn't this just a Boolean intersection, or at least you could use it in a series of steps to get exactly what you want... However, Vig is right we need more info.
Haha, exactly. Seems like this has caused quite an outrage. I did laugh though. Apparently it was the boys step-father who done this, which only adds fuel to the fire.
stronger reflections around the edge of the floor would help (foot steps and dancing wear the floor down making it slightly less reflective on the dance floor (or at least more diffused reflection)
It'd actually be quite useful for a post/compositing artist. Rather than doing shitloads of footage tracking, and creating an identical model, you do the same through a few steps with this program.
Playing it with the TE stick and absolutely loving it so far. I'm enjoying it far more than SF4. This is the real deal folks, an actual step forward for the genre, not a nostalgic retread. Get it!
if you change the lighting the object will go completley black, just like the mat window preview, but if you rebuild lighting it should come back. if it doesnt just redo the steps above.
Hey Pete, you forgot to mention in yer credits one of the concepts was done by Ted Beargeon. Kraylor would still be Goro's step-son without big mean Ted. :D
That's all really good feedback, thanks everyone :) Luckily I got a while still before I have to have it all set-up, so these first steps really helped me :)
I got inspired by the fable of "Bearskin" to make a character. My idea is he's an old knight who wanders the forest. Most of it was modeled in Blender then imported into 3ds max. This is what I have so far. Next step is Zbrush. after the model is done
