Re: What games influenced you the most when choosing a career in game development?
I remember stepping out of the crashed drop ship for the first time in Halo:CE and seeing the epic environment surrounding me and just being amazed. So that and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion were probably my two biggest influences. -

Great concept art choice. I agree you should raise the trench wall at the back a bit. With a low camera angle looking up towards the crosses, you have a really epic looking scene in your hands. -

If you are new, why not just try your hand at stuff? I mean how else are you supposed to know what you want to do? You might love creating believable characters, or creating epic environments... -

@Edrice I thought it to be a game character not supposed to be seen too close, therefore I tried to save polys where I was able. Now that you mention it I think I could have used a bit more. -

This is something altogether pretty epic. I could imagine more of a dead space feel to the 'undead' though, just not your average zombies kind of thing. great work anyway, cant wait to see where you take it! -

Dark Souls 3 completes the epic trilogy in the best way possible. It manages to be fresh and simultaneously so familiar. So, embrace the darkness and when you emerge victorious you can proudly shout to the heavens: Praise the Sun! -

Saw this on the WAYWO thread, caught my eye. I'm loving the hard surface stuff, especially the helmet on the latest dude. Keep it up man, if you add them all in once epic scene, it's gonna be bad ass! -

this is very intense and epic! :D i dont know if im just a noob at this still but is there a life system in this? Where you have 3 lives/chances to continue if you die within the game? if not that'd be a nice idea :D -

Those textures look epic! Do you manipulate the AO/normal a lot to create that detail bump, or is that all hand done, looks very time consuming (obviously worth it), care to share how you approach it? Thanks! -

Wanted to add, if you missed it, LoneHunter, several of those UDK maps can be downloading on Epic's site: http://forums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=753280 So, you can get a really good look at them if you want.
