Upgrading your CPU without upgrading your motherboard is almost always a futile process. You'll pay $1-300 for a cpu that is 10% faster. So I am able to render stuff and mess with everything but at 6.5 FPS Before I do anythign it runs at 60 FPS then once I go into the editor to mess around it suddenly drops to 6.5 without loading anythign up.
