woo, thanks riki. been sticking to zbrush 3.1 moreso since getting 3.5r3 (i don't like change :P) Really cool intro to the new brushes and how to get them working, great stuff (off to sculpt some hard edge things :poly142:) -

OMGI went to 3.1 in demon souls.. wtfbbq tentacle face arrgghh.. bought dark souls today.. LIM ED version comes with a pretty little concept art book.. Ive got the mrs to hide it... and can only get it back when demon souls is finished.. -

Re: Drawing straight lines in Mudbox/Z-Brush?
if you put your pen to the tablet, start your stroke, and then hit shift in ZBrush 3.1, it will make a straight line as you continue your stroke. I don't think it works when you have lazy mouse on, but when you're straight up sculpting it works. -

From what I've read about the exporter incuded with Steam, it's the uncompiled version of the HL1 exporter for Max 3.1. Not much used in today's world. That's why people are so upset. And if I get really into it, I might just end up writing some tools myself. -

Thanks for the feedback guys! @fai I've measured her out a couple times, and I'm pretty sure she looks small because the hood makes her head look big. Second opinions are alway helpful though :) @smilingmountain Once I finish the fur alpha planes, I expect she'll land around 30-35k. Getting to work on the bakes. Still lots… -
