excellent send-up of 70's and 80's fantasy tropes. Korgoth himself is pretty obviously in the Brock mold, but that's just fine with me. i really enjoyed the comic timing of the show, especially the intro bit with the henchmen. here's hoping the henchmen show up in future episodes
Such a patriotic fellow you are Abhishek. I live with a Fiji Indian, which I know is substantially different, but the both of us have often talked about doing a trip to India sometime in the future. Mad props for making it on TV and hope you had a great Independence Day. -caseyjones
I'd ditch it, particularly if you planned on including it on your resume for future job applications. It's not uncommon for potential employers to call your old company for a reference, even if you didn't list anyone there as a referee. Getting called out on something like that could really damage your rep.
as i mentioned in the other shirt thread, i've used spreadshirt for a couple of tees - they use AA shirts and the printing is pretty nice. affordable, too. it seems fairly painless to set up your own shop as well, so a future with more than one design would be feasible.
I recently participated in a casual event called 'March of robots' where you make robots based on a daily word prompt. I resolved to just make as many as I could, life withstanding. All were made with Sketchup and rendered with Substance Painter or 3dsmax. Hope you enjoy "Signal" "Darkness" "Power" "Danger" "Machine"…
Thanks! Yeah, I'm installing Unity as I write this, to try Clayxels and Mudbun. MagicaCSG's renderer is very good indeed, but currently it has no alpha transparency output, that's one of its limitations. Right now I can't use it to render icons for example. But that will undoubtedly change in the near future.
Just for future reference. Recognizing the metal one by the side strengthening and expansion indentation pattern as vintage military surplus circa: 1950s so personally would've been nice too have seen slight deformation (denting) alongside flaking paint that I don't often see attempted these days.
Thank you Will_Maccabe! I'm by no means an expert but I looked at references for the newer Primaris Space Marines, so it should be a Mark X type of armor if I'm not mistaken. Not that it really matters, it's all cool! Ok good to know regarding videos, I will keep that in mind for future posts!
@PolyHertz Aaah I see what you mean, yeah the corners could really use some love there, thank you! Never actually heard of inset holes, but after googling you are right, Ill study ref more carefully in the future haha @CybranM Thank you!
I would say this^ It's as if to say 'this work is future-proof for years to come because it goes above and beyond the current gen quality.....' Gimmicky really, considering apart from a switch to 'PBR' and some new engine hacks and workflow boosting tools, fundamentally the pipeline/process is still the same.
