I prefer using unreal I think it's easier and gives nicer results than unity. You going to run it through world machine or the likes?

What engine are you using? If it's unity then the pipeline to blender is great (although I can't speak for modo sorry) Personally I would use blender.

There are free realtime rendering engines like Unreal or Unity. Even slightly better if you can render your game assets in an actual game engine./

Got an update here. Modular house with a lot of texture variations (I think around 30 or so) for Unity. I will post some of the textures tomorrow.

Y Axis is up in some games, but not all. Which engine are we talking about? Unity has Y-Up and Unreal has Z-Up.

About 95% of my professional work has been done in Maya. Some indie studios seem to like how Max works with Unity though.

The only software licenses that complained for me were Unity and Marmoset but both only take 30 seconds to reassign, That said W10 itself is bugging me >.<

When I started working, we had to decide on a game engine. Our choices were Unity, Torque, or Ogre3d... ... we went with Ogre3d... XD
