One thing I thought of looking at this is if you made the highlighted digits bare skin and used those loops in the back as arrow holders, this would be a ballin' archers glove. -

It's a little difficult to read the shortcut descriptions on my monitor, especially with the white key background. Maybe you could try making the font face a little bit bolder? -

Yeah, the brink style mouth/nose are only place holders at the moment. I'm really not happy with the head. I'v just been focusing on his clothing so far.
