This is what I've produced over the night, I believe this is the final version of the model, maybe some tweaks and the addition of his weapon later but right now, the focus will lie on UV and texture.
Considering it's on the corner of the concept and not on the actual weapon itself I doubt we'll be getting cease and desist letters anytime soon. It was placed there for our own amusement as we moved forward on the project.
Played CoD Ghosts a day early using a VPN today. I really love the weapon models and animations, definitely some of the best I've seen in any FPS made to date.

I've been getting a kick out of hand painted weapons recently. I need to get better at box modelling so its pretty fun to go back to basics for a while.
The bake looks good! It's tough to say whether or not it should be scaled up because the thickness of it seems perfect but it's a bit too short. Can we see a side-by-side with the original weapon?
Happens to the best of us man ! Haha. I'm a noob in weapon design but I gotta say it is coming along really great and the last shot you posted is lovely. This is solid work.
