I agree with the part about simplifying the design. But as for the part about the crystal. Not so much. But apart from that Forsyth, the design looks keep and definitely try and get that crystal to look more like crystal, rather than stained glass.

Updated the concept a bit to make it looks more bold. Still trying to keep the water and plants idea in there, like the crystal is the source of life. This is what ive got: This ill be making some sculpts next if this concept is looking ok :P
@Alex_J Hey thanks. When I create an artwork, I focus on creating Toy-like scene and mix it with realistic shader and lighting. I try to make it look like a kid animation movie poster but I actually focus on making adults wow. Glad to hear it! and thx for the cc!

Lovely architecture.. and it looks so clean. Awesome. I would push the contrast in the textures of the plants. The vegetation of Crysis looks pretty good, for example. I would also try to match the colour of the leaves with the green structure you have in the building.
Yeah saw this yesterday but the site was down, just like now. :P Can't wait to try the tools, looks very Cryengine-ish from the the screens i've seen. Model exporter seems limited, hope there some .fbx exporter on the cards.

Keep trying. This happens to me every time. You just have to persevere. It's a pain but well worth it. UE4 is extremely artist-friendly and an excellent piece of software. Epic devs and community input pushes the engine forward at an astonishing rate of progress.
