I wonder if Unity in the future will be more like a traditional SaaS (software as a service) company like current Adobe or Autodesk. Did you install the service pack? There is no need reporting bugs that have probably been fixed. 3DS Max 2012 was one of the buggiest releases of 3ds Max.
