ive not tried any of the tablets but in terms of actual pen displays - I've got a 24" huion thats better in basically every way than the 22" cintiq i was using 6-7 years ago at work (it functions correctly on linux as well) the drivers/software are pretty decent and certainly less intrusive than the older wacom ones -

not sure where the problem is, because supposedly installing this genuine advantage stuff on win 7 will be optional, just like it is currently on XP. However you want to do "custom" updates and manually uncheck this "patch", because otherwise it will be installed by default. So best set windows 7 to notify you of updates… -

I have a Maya 2009 license, I was running on vista 32 and it installed the 32 bit and then I got a new configuration with window 7 64 bits and it automatically installed the 64 bit version... And then Maya is workign perfectly on window 7. there is only one thing still not working in the 2009 and 2010 version : Mipmapping… -

Yeah, probably. I never used Xtrans so it's why my curiosity . Gemini suggests against X-tras . Chat GPT for it . They couldn't agree on this thing . ha-ha. Saving a 32bit targa when your psd has multiple alphas
Running into a bit of a puzzle with CS6 on Win 7. I have 7 alpha channels in a psd I'm working on. They are various saved selections. One channel however is intended to be included in my 32bit diffuse tga. A Save As writes a blank alpha channel to the tga but if I delete all but one channel from the psd it works fine. That… -
