without an image its hard to advise. 140,000 sounds like 4x what would be required if professionally modeled. show an image of the overall model and one of just a tank tread (with wireframes highlighted)
Adam: Suggestion for handling the rotating images on the wide theme, Keep them centered but have either side bracketed by a non changing image with polycount flavor. So it will look all viewscreeny or whatnot.
Wish your images were larger. Most people these days can handle a 1024 image on their screen. You have a LOT of stuff on your web site too. Whats your focus?
Maybe not a spotlight? But you have to agree that there seems to be some hotspot of light in the center of the image? You can tell at the edges of the image that the light seems to be fading away...? Could it be a flash or something similar?
[ QUOTE ] i'd say it needs a blackmetal logo on there, somewhere, like in this example: http://www.redstream.org/images/coverArt/Opeth_Orchid.jpg [/ QUOTE ]God forbid you middle mouse click on the image in firefox!!!!111
geezus: omg, image heavy doesn't even begin to describe that... opera's reporting over 2500 images on that page... i think the warning should be more along the lines of "WARNING! DESTROYS BROWSERS!"
I would normally create an image with my email on it. Text on an image that blends with the rest of the page. You could then set a java encryption script to link to your email, but I wouldn't bother.

Hey, please tell me what's wrong with my baked normal map. The problem is displayed on the 4th image, around a hard edge ring. Image of the mesh and (Substance Painter) baking settings: If it helps, here are the meshes (.obj format): https://mega.nz/#!DdxzhYyZ!yiK25uG7z_yqr8xJw_6Usw4QpIq8ilNyqqsk4gjFBbU Thanks.
