If you;re really adverse to spending the dough, Max does have a paint-deform modelling system. It's kinda craptastic, but I think Max6 supports it. There's a script on scriptspot for it, I think called Adv Brush Painter or somesuch.

messed around with some post processing, made the whole thing a bit brighter, changed the pillars and angel statue to metal plus other various small changes. One big is I changed the lighting system from lumen to ray tracing!

I also tryied to use the bonus tool's make joints dynamic, with hair system or ncloth based, which is nice, but I can't manage my skirt to work with the legs moving as a passive collider for great interaction.
