This may be due simply to image compression. But you should also try sharpening your textures. To the left is the original, and to the right is the image sharpened a little bit. It brings out the highlights more as well.
Yeah I was seeing that, if I right click on the image and open image in new tab, it worked, but it wouldnt work aside from that. Not sure why. Give me just a moment! There we go!
Would you please upload that image to Imgur? My work filter blocks the image link you're posting. Also, judging by the symptoms you're experiencing, this thread will probably help you out.

Ya. Also imgur is free and easy to use! That way the images can be larger on the page without having to open each individually. When you get imgur, just link the image like

This was the only image I was given to work off I have googled many other images though, that is how I have modeled the balcony style objects and the doors as well as the compositions of the buildings.
