For any artist that still feels that they are not at a point to apply to jobs, I would definitely try and network with a mentorship focus. This would enable a long term connection/commitment early on and with the situation the industry is currently facing, many experienced artists are more than willing to accept connection…
This one was suppose to work from one view only right if you want to show more then that you have put some extra care and beautify her I am not sure you care about form rather then look dev but here are some pointer on forms :
Current versions of Google earth don't allow export of 3d data. It's been probably 10 years since that was officially supported. Google for DEM data of the area you're interested in. You'll get heightmaps that you can convert to geometry and presumably import to gravity sketch ( I've not really used that one)
ENVIRONMENT ART MENTORSHIP 2020: Ehstric Ruins. Ancient aquatic civilization channeling the Mayans, Atlantis myths and others. (Sonic Adventure made me a sleeper agent for this). All textures are there still in look-dev phase and modeling in a blockout phase. Trying to find a style for them that is memorable.
I have made this pluging for blender: https://joseconseco.github.io/WeightPaintToolsDocs/main_pie/ It is quite simple, but gets the job done. And there is this addon form another dev: https://blendermarket.com/products/voxel-heat-diffuse-skinning That gives you better starting weights, compared to default blender…
I disliked the idea at first but there's a lot of good from it. -Better Tegra games and support for android, hopefully devs will make games for this and port it to android. -High DPI display -There's already a bunch of android games that would be great on this, -Full thumb sticks -Play PC games in bed
You can also join the hard surface challenge for more learning! or the modeling dem hard surfaces sticky at the top! I notice that there is still surface pinching on the right side one (Though it might not be notable). Intelligent breaking down of those edges can also help...
Not that I'm against dem hips ;P I agree on the texturing, obviously she needs some stockings, you know holiday season coming up and all. I will say if any of the animations cause clipping it might cause trouble though, I see clipping on that image there.
Dem UVs, DAYUM. Reminds me of gun UVs. Friggen technical as heck. Well, not really technical I guess but so... many... UVs, haha. Awesome model btw. I'm excited to see the dDo results, hopefully it's less buggy now. Keep it going man!
I see! yeah thats exactly what i did, right now its too late to give it another go, but ill def try it tomorrow morning and post the results, i have a better idea of what to do now and how to troubleshoot it, thanks guys!
