Yeah, you really wooed the crap out of that chick, mate. An epic bloodbath of wooing, such that even John Woo would be proud. Maybe you'll do better tomorrow. Or possibly not. Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
C'mon guys, you're the experts here! Best of the best and stuff like that. Surely someone can explain to me why my models render like sh** compared to Epic Games'?
I posted my findings on this issue so far in a thread that was previously started over here. Collada isn't a dated format, it's just that Epic doesn't seem to want to support it anymore.
That looks like the typical epic ornamented fantasy Black knight or som'thing similar sword. Not jungle nor village. For jungle I' ll get a big rowdy badass machete :D
That was some fairly epic rage... I've gotta say though, some of you guys are fucked. There's no way any decently professional person should EVER act like that in the work place.
That's looking tight, I love the polycount Neon. How did you do that render of the bricks for the wall, the highpoly? It looks very similar to how Epic does their renderings, and it looks nice.
Neil Gaiman's 'American Gods' is just epic. Highly recommended. Also 'Good Omens' by Terry Pratchet and Neil Gaiman is, as one of the quotes on the book says, "Heaven to read and funny as hell."
That hair is FUGLY though. And she has an excess of forehead. Nope, Erin's still winning! (Mind you, that lass with the pale skin and white hair from Farscape was pretty hot, too).
Hi all, Made this tutorial after reading loads of helpful pages here on Polycount and EPIC forums. Hope it helps you folks starting to make their levels / environments. [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gxdjc2a7Toc"]UDK Modular Tutorial by FahadKM - YouTube[/ame]
