In the UK the number of background checks you get when working with dead people is quite high. Applying for death related jobs on multiple occasions is a flag factor. -

The rating is supposed to be in relation to whats on the market. So you can gauge which games are shit and which aren't. Not rating it as though its made with unlimited resources.
