How about doing a portfolio page for a few different positions and submitting links directly to the relevant page with the thumbnails and the contact info at the top of each page? So you could have a general site but also have a several self-contained, organized portfolios? Also, how much material would you reccomend? say…
Hmm? What was that? Did somebody say something about... accessories? Still got some AO to bake to ground all the details, but that's easy enough. I'm kinda ticked off at myself; I forgot about the container on the back of his belt, so when I went to unwrap him and all the other stuff, I didn't leave enough room in the UVs…
site works well, but two things: yeah, why can I scroll down so far? and linking to polycount seems kinda weird. might want to keep everything portfolio related on your site self contained within the website. looks cool though, I dig! reminds me that I have to make myself a new one sometime within the next 5 years.
Great stuff pior. I have to agree with Daz, I haven't seen much work that doesn't have the distinct Zbrush look to it. I think it's that your shapes are all contained. Most (not all) of the Zbrush work I see have the muscle details out of the basic shape of that muscle. Not sure if that make any sense proof reading this.…
I was thinking about it while watching random crap on tv. You need light and halos. There could be a half arc that links both the extreme edges of the machine (those legs of whatever) and that could symbolize the halo. Like a light field contained by some metal arc. But as long as the cross shape comes through loud and…
I love how the part that contains the avatar is now much slimmer. As I usually browse on pretty lowres screens (laptop) without an easy way to scroll sideways, this should make a big difference for me. Good job on the whole design, guys. Additionally, could we make it so that large images don't deform the other posts, but…
Hello
guys. I’ve been developing this Application/s for more than 3 years now so I’ve
decided to try to promote it on Kickstarter. Hope You find it interesting. Any feedback would be appreciated. Basically it
is node-based images, textures and 3D objects generator and editor. It contains
more than 140 nodes Youtube…
Thank you, RN! Will study those links. In case it's of any interest to folks, Riot published some guidelines on VFX which contains some slides that seem relevant to this issue... Maintaining these ranges (or similar) seems like a workable shorthand for retaining clarity of character against background with environment…
What is the engine version? Do you have debug symbols installed? If you have, you can post the crash log and we could see what kind of crash it was. Regardless, its better to post crash related stuff on the unreal forums. But they couldn't do anything with this without the debug symbols installed (it gives you detailed…
Look on the right hand side of the image bellow and compare the size of the leafs on the wall to those on the tank. This is what I meant by scaling issues. The scene itself is the right scale, but the objects that are contained within it feel off in proportions.…
