You probably should also include important info onto each of your project/image. - Wireframe + Polygon (tri) + texture map size / types - Your name or your website or both.
I made him more buff and tried to define muscles more tell me what you think. I mainly worked on the thighs and cavs, the whole upperbody (not including hand and head).
oh, just as a side note. the direwolves latin name is Canis Dirus, it's quite specifically different from Canis Lupis, which is the latin term for many wolves including some dog species.
Quick update, got a new blockout (not in UE4 yet) this is a more fleshed out blockout, with a new area for the throne thats a little more open etc, and includes the door at the back with balcony etc.
Ok, so I've added a bit more ware & tare, including a bit of dirt. Still having trouble making the tape pop on the specular. Any ideas? Could be my lighting setup?
Yea you haven't actually shown us any evidence of lightmap issues. The general rule for laying out uv's for lightmaps is to have as few islands as reasonably possible, and to include enough padding.
Dont worry - managed to include some rockets! Thanks! Its been a massive struggle to get this working within budget - but think i've done it (lod0 AND lod1!) Time for a breather and then textures tomorrow!
Appreciate you putting some links together Beefaroni. It might also be helpful to include some kind of thread title with each thread linked. At the moment it's just a list of links with the same text.
Damn, she turned out great @slosh! That knit cap still makes me pause and admire the details, so it's great to see that you've included a breakdown on your Artstation. Awesome work!
Sculptris is nice, free and basically like playing with clay. UE4 has a ton of content examples, and is free as well, a kid should have fun looking at the included levels seeing how they are made.
