ya UDK is 0$. you make your game, 99$ to license it and are entitled to the first 5,000$ profits. beyond 5,000$, you are required to give 25% of profits to epic. it is an incredible deal
Not much of a critic since I'm still learning myself...but man this looks epic!, great use of colours they blend perfectly, I could really see this on a wall :) . keep up the work
Dude, that sounds epic. I was watching a video that showcased modding of units and even making protoss units into a game like galaga or something ;P Was kickass. They even spoofed SC Ghost.
The epic forum says they're working on an all new landscape system - so they've removed foliage, but the suggestion in the thread is to download an earlier version for the time being. http://tinyurl.com/3pgho8l
http://www.imbuefx.com/downloads/tag/tutorials/ its not updated much any more (Bill now works at Epic) but there's some great beginner tutorials here (and an fx specific forum) cheers
The dev's ambition is to have tanks, aircraft, and naval (the three unit types you see in some of the maps), likely all playing on the same map at the same time... which would be epic.
Awesome work! The Freight Train challenge reminds me of the Oldboy fight scene ( scene: [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ufss5ot_vGE"]Oldboy Epic Fight - YouTube[/ame] ) xD
Someone linked on the Marketplace to Allegorithmic forum, probably Epic haven't published the updated content of something. Haven't tested it myself though..but he did mentioned that it adds support for the Live Link.
Theyre great designs but sadly artifact mechanics are the reason why I hate the expansion. Those wouldve been amazing epics or legendary though. Apocalypse is my favorite thus far.
Two heels... poor guy... I hope it's a guy? It would be too cruel, to let a girl live with such a face)) By the way, the face on the first one from 9.March is very epic!
