Thanks for the crits Blaisoid. I made a few adjustments to the waterfall and windows and I'm calling it done. If anyone has any questions for me feel free to ask. I'll do a full Post Mortem in my blog later today describing more of what I did in detail. I think the only "truly unique" thing I did was light this in UDK 100%…
@Elithenia - I could definitely throw in some more atmospheric perspective and variance. And I agree the grass could use some more love (grass is just so dang monotonus!). Reference was from a street view from Google maps (there's an entire Facebook group dedicated to virutal plein air that I'd totes reccomend checking out…
Don't want to put a downer on all your enthusiasm guys but this is weak and smells like Hollywood "forever part 6", I am dieting hard with a vengeance. Why not create "New" up to date reality and quit the remakes ? Boring the tits off me this stuff, trying so hard to do what ? recreate the magic of RTCW ? no chance. It…
rock elementals nooooo..they used to terrorize me! XD Really great stuff, i love how all your work is pushed to emphasize character...for the worm and rhino beast, there is just a certain realism to their overall look that makes me feel like it's modeled after a real beast I could go outside and see (I mean the actual…
I don't think there is an answer to that, other than that it takes however long it takes. The sample Reflection scene on my laptop takes over an hour to build at production, but only about 6 minutes on my desktop. With your scene, I would expect building to take quite a while on any computer. You've done a fantastic job!…
Shouldnt be too hard. You will want to make use of repeating/tiled textures and shared UV space. Since it looks symmetrical you really only have to UV one half of it. I am not sure why you have so many divisions on some of those surfaces, you can probably clean it up quite a bit but thats only if you do not intend to pull…
 This is exactly why I have been bringing up the idea of trying to do more of a community update, like the tf2 robotic boogaloo, as opposed to a competition/Polycount chest. The way I see it there is already enough competition on the workshop as is by its intended design. If we could manage to actually do a…
Thanks for the feedback guys. Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out what exactly to do with everything. I got some good feedback from a friend in that I should simply show game footage and then do voice over to describe what it is we're planning to do with the game. I had a few people tell me that the original video was too…
Thank you very much Hammed! I never intended to put a face inside the mask at first, but then I sort of just squeezed it into the picture. I think it looks bland and out of proportion too, I will take your suggestion into account the next time I draw a face. Thanks! Thank you, I'm not too sure about the cloth cover at the…
Nice additions, I like where you're going with this! That discman :icon60: Regarding scene action:: Her pose implies she's leaning back abit. It'd be great to see this reinforced into the image (by means of her leaning against something like a tree/boulder/ or any obstacle of your choice). It'll help to sell the idea that…
