Netflix has an advantage since they can do pretty much whatever they want gorewise, sexwise, language wise since they aren't on any networks. The mainstream cable network shows all have to be neutered to a certain degree. That being said, they still write excellent shows and don't need crazy fx to make their shows amazing.… -

Unless they changed it in the newer versions, I don't think there is a cage system for Ultimapper. Xoliu's first few versions of his shader works fine in Softimage, though you wont have the same luck wither newer versions. Other shaders are hit-or-miss if they work or not (regardless if they are .fx or cgfx). I'm guessing… -

Most of the things guys show here is simple stuff. But no one here touched custom functions and FX-Maps yet. That's where it all can get a little complicated because a little math may be needed, especially for custom functions. But this is probably for more technical ones here. Yeah, sucks that Ecclestone's leaving so soon, he just seems to have so much fun in the role. Hopefully Capt. Jack stays around for a bit longer at least (course I havent' seen the series finale so hopefully they don't lose him either) Seconded on the series being fantastic, great characters, good stories and sweet FX. -

Nah, it's definitely part of her sexytime. Skin tight white shirt that never stops fluttering all over the place .. I'd say it's ready to rip. Cool style. The character texturing is a lot less noisy in motion than the stills seemed to let off. I love how a lot of the FX have a spidery look to it like the font they used in… -

Vision engine is a very good engine. they have done a lot of work! Arcania was made with it and it has some really sweet features. Hey Jason it looks great i would love to play this one! and the FX you made look very good! I couldn't help but notice though how the standard smoke plumes were looking. Maybe not finished yet? -

It was fun! I died a lot. Everywhere. Ditto with ace and Jack, and I also had the music and sfx loss after a few goes - clicking in and out of windowed seemed to bring it back on my next respawn, though. I'd add that the text flying out of the toolbox pickups is a bit too fast to process - with the first toolbox, I missed… -
