Hey Oniram, if I were you i'd use your creative freedom and have more geomtry on there. You're following the concept really well but the concept overall is in my opinion really flat and boring :P Push it and make it even better than the concept! :) So far it looks very promising! Ok so maybe posting the concept I used as a rough guide will help. Everybody seems to hate on the pants so I may throw some stripes on them. Certain aspects of the concept didn't appeal to my personal tastes so I did some editing. Wish I could tell you who was responsible for the concept.
Yeah, there blue in the game. I made them purple because the original concept had purple glowing lights and I thought I would stick with the concept, over the final in game character. I don't think I like the purple that much either; just kinda went against my own judgment and stuck to the concept on this one.
