If this is meant for a portfolio I would not label it just as Kratos, it does have similarities, but the face seems more crow-like then Kratos in the games, he seems rather skinnier, and does sort of remind me of Dhalsim from street fighter (as mentioned above). It does look very flat, a lot of it is the empty room with the pure green walls and brown floor, they are a very similar hue and saturation, so when the light starts bouncing it flattens the image.
