Well, My computer has been Out of commission for a while but I knocked the pawn out and even put an alien pilot in there, I have two versions, one with the pilot and one without him. -

things like this varies between countries, but usually, unless its specifically stated in a written contract or agreed on beforehand, the creator retains the ownership, while the commissioner gets limited usage rights for the purpose it was commissioned for. -

Haha. Funny you should bring up that painting. My high school (The Westtown School) commissioned it back in the early 1900s and it now hangs in our cafeteria. I used to sit under it at every meal. -
