Hm, i do wonder though, what could be really so different in 10, 15 years? If they pull either of those two apps towards eachother too much, users might start switching to blender, modo or other apps anyway. This is way too large a texture to use for a game asset. It's a lot of wasted texture space. For example, take another look at the Modular Mount & Blade tutorials on the wiki. I really like the natural non-idealized look of her, but two things stand out. Her teeth are really big which makes her look very uncanny when she opens her mouth. Oh, and no tongue is weird too. And secondly her eyes are very glossy, it makes them look unnatural. You should at least be careful with letting the reflections… -

Back with an Update! I've been changing up the settings in my post process volume and got two results I think are an improvement. Both have better contrast, but both have different scene colors; green and red. While I did bring back white balance to its default value while testing, the result looked a little too...normal… -

I don't use Blender, but I'll bet this workflow is possible. In 3ds Max, I would use the tetrahedron as a guideline for adding new polygons. I would delete the polygons behind it (along the right side of the red line, and symmetrically on the left too), then I would extrude new polygons from the hole, and snap/magnet…
