I'm not sure what happened with your registry. It could be any number of issues, including a faulty install from a corrupted executable. Glad to hear you're fixed up on the 3DO error!
Um, the gpu does most of the work in substance - including calculating all the blending etc. The reason usage doesn't drop is that it's constantly working as fast as it can to show you pretty pictures.

Hey @airbrush I have fixed that along with a couple of bugs and uploaded a new version. I also included a small paint selection toggle along with small changes to the bevel tool

Ah, sorry, weren't completely clear there. What I meant was, that unless you have texture maps plugged into the material, it won't include that material in the export. So gotta have a diffuse in there :)
The problem, as McIlroy touched on, is that there are thousands and more likely millions of objects in the Kuiper Belt that Pluto is a part of. So any definition that would include Pluto would have to accept them as well.
