I wonder if you could use Shader FX instead, and capture the viewport instead of render it? Then wysiwyg. Getting alpha would be a bit trickier, but you could use a shader boolean to switch to alpha-only mode, then combine the two captures into your preferred image format.
Hi there! This is the FX for the cast of the ray shoot, it's a bit slower than the original of the game because of the gif maker. I'm having fun with the gif maker so I made another two, the relic (you have to gather this relics to learn new habilities) and the question of the tutorial. Cheers!!

The first thing what you should do is to define the light an atmosphere in your picture before you go and try to render things out. For examble the glow of your fx magic ball will not really working because your background is to bright at the moment. Here a fast overpaint:
I'm stoked! Should be lots of fun and sure look great! Don't have to be UT1, UT2k4 or UT3, just needs to have that old school arcadeish feel to it for me. Imagine how they will go wild for the weapons particles FX with all those cool things in UE4, it will be glorious! :)

I have max 2012 and the xoliul shader 2 installed. I read the instructions and the trouble shooting. I have the .fx files in the correct folders. I have nitrous disabled. I installed the shader in max running as an administrator and I can load up the shader just fine... but when i load a map in the shader i get these error…

Personally, I'd stick with Intel. Reviews comparing those chips are pretty common, so I'd do your research. The 3rd link is particularly interesting. FX8350 Review CPU Heirarchy Chart Anandtech FX Series Review
@ BKOST, Thank for the comments. iI added more color break up for the diffuse and increased anisotropic fx a bit more but i do agree normal map and the alpha would need some love I will do that later.
