looks to me your uvs are distorted. try running a unfold on the uvs and bake again. or you might have to harden edge on the uv border edge. -

If your low poly has any shapes (edges) that are 90 degrees, you MUST harden those edges and MUST split the UVs. That should help. -

Customize > Customize User Interface > Keyboard tab, under "Group" set it to Editable Poly, and set a hotkey for "Select Edge Loop" and "Select Edge Ring. -

Are your UVs split at hard edges? Are your edges of those UVs straight in UV space? Do you have enough resolution in your texture? -

you can automatically bleed edges with the edge dilation filter, that you get for photoshop when you install xnormal - does a great job and is free! -

I can see the edge loops on my end, barley though. Have you tried changing the colour of the background and/or the edges colour in Options> Preferences?
