Hello, Yes its a static mesh, i checked the UV and nothing unfold there, i also try to change the triangulation and it just change the stretching direction.

Hello. Sorry for the delay. I'm unable to reproduce the error with your mesh too. I used "import tangents and normals" when importing the mesh into Unreal.
