It was just a method that gave me the least amount of error. I was asking for advice on how to address it because I knew it was ugly, so thanks. Oh, and I did separate the geometry. That's what my newest update shows and describes. Maybe read first? :poly124: Thanks again, Stradigos :)
I'm always a fan of baking your maps in another program, like xnormal. This way you don't have to worry about subdividing and projecting the details back inside of zbrush, and fixing the errors that can occur as a result. You'll also get more control over the normal maps this way.
I can't be bothered reading through the rest of the pages, I got to 4 before my brain started to melt, so; Your Mother's so fat, that rendering her in Maya produces the "Render portion too small" error. No matter how far out you attempt to zoom.
m4dcow, I get a syntax error at cmds.select(cl=True) thanks for the info about the double clicking on the faces to select everything, thought Trios just ment double clicking the object :) and the merge on the entire object worked like a charm to merge the all the verts with the set threshold, thanks a ton :)
Dreamhost support was usually fast to help, but the site I had for a while with them was normally slow to the point it was not functional and I couldn't even work in it sometimes. Same thing with another acquaintance that has a website with them, timeout errors, barely loading a lot of times, and both situations there was…
Congrats dude! I really want to get it... and I will. I'm just not in good financial standing right now... and first thing on my list is to get a new 360 because my old one got the e74 error. Anyway I'll be picking it up sometime in the near future. :P
Sorry man, I can't recreate your problem now, although I have definately had that same problem before, what does the little pink error message say in the bottom right of the screen when you select the model you want to paint and open the paint tool?
I don't know for what movie version you're going, but I strongly suggest you to look at poly density when doing xenos. especially on the thorax and neck, lots of detailing going on here (and trust me I went through 3 trial and error meshes to get it to say that :) ).
I've heard of odd issues with the electronic machines. Some republicans voted, and their votes got switched to democrat when submitted, and vice/versa. Just stick with paper damnit! Less room for error! Or better yet, have someone OTHER than 80yr-old grannies in charge of the voting computers!....
oh hey JBoskma i was just checking out your portfolio page and it says something abouthide your childern..just thought i'd mention the spelling error cause i'm crazy and can't seem to ever ignore a spelling mistake in any form unless i make them
