nice work, those beauty renders at the top seem like they are just screen res, why not take giant screenshots and then shrink them down to loose all those gritty scratchy edges?
So how heavy is this? Love the last one, would be so cool to see it with sparks and shit. Would you mind taking a screen of your node setup? Want to show my college :) )
Thanks for that video garriola83. I know of that artist, but havent seen this video. Ill have a look at it for sure. Anyways heres a few screen caps of an hour or so study I did on Saturday.
↑↑ Yup, that's what I used to do in 3DS Max before .png transparency was introduced ↑↑ Make your own Green Screen (or whatever colour isn't used in your scene by anything else).
It's hard to say what a cause would be because it's completely based on how you modeled your object. Some screen shots or access to the model itself could help with a more specific answer.
Thanks! And it actually is a real, very strange but awesome game http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zombie_Nation_(video_game). The logo and screenshot used for the screen are from the game, though I painted the side panel myself.
E3 is utter crap, it good for for your average far-away-screen-watching-peep, but seriously, it's the equivalent of watching some action movie star rant mindlessly about orgasms during exercises.
Hey guys, I worked for Jason at Little Zoo and Remi at Autodesk on the Sven character. I´ll get you some screens soon. http://www.linkedin.com/in/peturarnorsson http://peturarnors.cghub.com/images
@Snyder: nice observations @Mark Williams: the final piece was multipass renders composited in photoshop. Lots of screen blending was used to get some of the originals flavor. @Texelion: because thick girls are the best. ;)
From screens and videos game looks really weird (which is awesome in my book) I'd like to know more about rpg part, so far it seems kind of deathmatch-y.
