it looks like your have overlapping UVS. One of your objects has a UV shells or subobjects with a planar projection overlapping the entire UV sheet. -

Or another way you can do this is open up the AO or UV shell in photoshop and marquee select and color fill the regions and save it out as a png. -

I think you could use a normal map on the armadillo's shell to make the texture stand out. Giving it depth could make it really pop. -

You may have to rebake the normal from the high poly if you have done any rotating of the UV shells in the new layout for obvious reasons. -

Thanks buddy. But i`m Alex =) About UVS. Almost all shells have direction and "continuing" faces for applying camo without bugs. Cheers! -

That's brilliant, Per - thanks! Gonna see if I can use that to distort the outer shell then use a modular kit for the internal bits to kitbash the destruction quickly :)
