awesome, a bit funny and definitely a good read :) as for portfolios, i run my portfolio on dropbox...free, tons of space, fast and dead easy to update! just save in the folder from any machine and voila..website updated.
Thanks man, you can upload by dropbox or another sharefile system, dont use mega cause it has bugs. Hope to see your work soon, i will PM you later on for something that you may be interested.
A related question. With NDA, does that generally also mean you're not allowed to take WIP screenshots and save them somewhere, like dropbox? While not sharing them with anyone of course - just as a portfolio backup to prevent the above situation.
Attachments suck anyway. I think many people won't go through the trouble of clicking them. Just use any number of image hosting options such as: imgur photobucket imageshack dropbox and directly link to your images in your posts using img tags like this: [noparse] [/noparse]
Top 5 insp The Reference Thread - Polycount Forum Real world environment art inspiration. - Polycount Forum HP's Dropbox FUCK YEAH CONCEPT ART I have others, and like 40-50 portfolios bookmarked as well, Probrably a bit overkill to post 'em all though :)
If you throw the .obj into your public folder, it will automatically upload it for you, and you can right click on the file and do dropbox -> copy public link. Then just paste that link here and it should work, you dont need to worry about setting up shared folders or anything like that.
Object scale should not affect how normals bake. If you can send us a copy of the mesh file that was baking incorrectly we'll look into it further. You can email a description of the problem and a link to the file on dropbox/google drive to support@marmoset.co
I use jcpicker on windows for that (and also manipulating the color itself) : http://annystudio.com/software/colorpicker/ It's a standalone and portable application so I save it in my dropbox. :) Return the value from 0-1 or 0-255, HEX and html.
Thank you so much for this. These are sexy as hell!! EDIT: Originally zipped them into an archive and shared them in my dropbox. Then re-read your original about not sharing them or whatever... So I took it down. Sorry man...
Right now I'm on a mac, but still get the error. Also, if anyone is kind enough to check it out for me, that would be so great :poly127: I can pm you the file dropbox link if anyone is kind enough to look at it.
