I would chamfer the edge coming from the corner of the mouth, so you dont have those long edges ending in a pole. -

Those edges on the high poly are extremely sharp, you should really loosen them up, and give a wider smoothed edge, it will bake well that way. -

The fenders do not look the way you've modeled them, they have sharp edges and are concave underneath. Yours have smooth edges and are thick and convex inside. -

don't allow space around the edges for bleeding. UDK adds padding to the edges so any extra space you add is just wasted pixels. -
