Looking great. One thing is that the boxes are too perfect, maybe beat um up a tiny bit? the one that has the container on it seems to be holding it well and it looks a bit heavy, maybe have it sinking in a bit? I mean those are some minor things but either way it's great so far.
these aren't fans. I'd prefer DLC but whatever, if it's enough new content to justify a purchase then it's day 1 from me. my biggest gripe is if we dont have all the content accessible from one hub. I'd like to join an L4D server and have it contain ALL the maps and characters.
Tried doing a search for "Unreal Tournament 3" and was greeted by this: "The search term you specified (3) is under the minimum word length (4) and therefore will not be found. Please make this term longer. If this term contains a wildcard, please make this term more specific." I could have sworn that was okay before?
Fbx can contain all sorts of stuff and alex says, each app exports different stuff (particularly blender) You'll get smaller files by exporting as binary Disabling features(eg animation) Reducing the number of layers ( eg. UV sets , vertex color sets) Not embedding media Having less objects
I like it. Most of the challenge here is going to be the palatization of the color scheme as you presumably aim for a clear read, given all the greebles. Regarding the tarp on the top, I'd reocmmend on the final low poly keeping it taught, as it doesn't make sense why the straps would be loose if it's meant to keep the…
Classic American Vehicle (Car #15 based on 1976 Gran Torino) This model came in at 894 polygons, and also uses a 512 x 512 hand painted texture. The reflection intensity and mask are contained in the alpha channel of the diffuse texture. This campaign blew away my expectations and now sits at 116% funded.
Floor tiling is meh and I think there's too much spec in the scene overall. I also think the room is really too square and uninteresting. I do like some of the concepts you have going and those containment units are cool, even if the material on the glass/particles/godbeams looks really bad.
Its quite possible Ged, but in saying that do you think that because of the amount of folios already containing some of the cliche models mention afore me one might get 'lost in the crowd'? and when speaking about creativity in a folio it should be less about actual creativity and more about standing out?
Some suggestions: -Ribcage could have more of an inverted V shape at the top, looks too round near the sternum: Warning this link contains nudity -Knee caps a bit stretched vertically -When seen from the back, the latissimus dorsi could have a slight curve (outwards) instead of being straight.
@Justin Meisse "This video contains content from TuneCore, who has blocked it on copyright grounds." I saw this pop up on my Youtube feed yesterday without knowing it was you, and clicked because of the obvious nod to NIN's latest. Any chance you could upload it elsewhere, like Soundcloud or Bandcamp?
