Harden your UV Shell border edges, and soften everything else. The faceting is a dead giveaway that you need to modify your smoothing groups. -

Thanks...But That does not help much if you are working with Shell.. then you have a reverse skin so everything would come out backwards ...would it not ? -

Looks to me like your ears are still sewn together with the head? Try to cut apart those two shells and then use Smooth UVs -

Ditto. It'll fuck up UVs if you collapse an edge that is also a UV shell edge. . . but I've never gotten a corrupted file from it? -
