Reset XForms fixes it for me. Your model has a scale value of -88. If you Reset XForms and turn off backface cull, you'll see that your model is inside out. Use a Normal modifier to flip the model then collapse. The point to point seam tool will work after that.… -

Don't use Photoshop, if you care about subtle shading differences between composite and render. Sorry. Use a proper compositor like Nuke or Flame or even After Effects. In a pinch you can use the Slate Material Editor in Max as a compositor. Use the Composite map node, and right click on the preview render to choose Render… -

How come?!? Razer is the best mouse I ever invest in. I've used krait, razer pro click and habu, 3 of them are all awesome. Gotta agree... Check for fallofs, you can create many different arc shapes out of a polygon strip by using fallofs and then convert the outer edges to open curve and then use curve extrude to extrude along the curve with a 2d polygonal shape (or use profiles). Modeling in modo mostly requires a different mindset, better to adapt it's own… -

I'm glad you figured it out! A quick note about terms: Skin normally refers to the mesh that is bound to a skeleton. "Skinning" is the act of weighting the verts to the various bones.
