Epic has stated that you should avoid using the specular input. It is there as legacy and for artistic license. For PBR and UE4, yes use metallness. -

Supposedly they're doing a second cinematic for the "siege of garrosh" and its supposed to be epic and brutal. Remember the first half of the expansion is "discovering pandaria" -

Yes but I also want to do masks for the ronin males and females, and necris. Epic released one or two iron guard. Not the others. -

it's not light, or cheap... but i have a Corsair M90 mouse, it's really sturdy, big metal plate along the bottom, epic for macros in 3dsmax =] -

Start reading the Unreal Engine 4 documentation. They even have a section that explains the Reflections sample (alongside other samples released by Epic).
