Refresh rates and contrast ratios are generally worthless information. What you want to know is the panel type, and color accuracy(gamut). Inexpensive monitors like this use TN panels, which are cheap, have fast refresh rates but have poor color accuracy and poor viewing angles - generally bad for art work. If you're… -
