Shaderfx is Maya best kept secret , close to abandonware by AD in favor of Arnold aiStandard viewport preview, but the tool is absolutely great and extremely powerful to push Maya Viewport 2.0 abilities to it's limit. The guys who code it Kees Rijnen unfortunatly for us leave AD, to go at PIxar. -

Both are pretty much the same, but 3Point has more options. Thinker with both of them and see. Xiouli's strength is the simplicity and quick setup (as well editing power if you know your stuff) while 3Point is more of a closed package which has the more tools to play around with. -

If price is a concern I always recommend getting the xx60 series of Nvidia. It generally has the best power to price ratio, and with the money you saved from the higher end version, you can buy another xx60 in a couple years that will outclass the xx70 or xx80's of the previous generations. -

Looks great, but right now I'd say that there's a lot of over powering blues in the scene, and not too may warmer tones to counter them. I think it would benefit from having generally warmer colours toward the focal point of the scene. something subtle like the attached perhaps? -

Thank you. Yeah, i think study this workflow would be great. I see lot of people using it and it seems very powerful. I didn't know very well when to sculpt or not. Props are a good idea to beggin with, let's do this ! Thank you for your tips Marco. -

The issue is, no one is truly happy with the stuff they do, never, and if you do...well, good on ya. Issue is it can always be improved based upon time, be it due to something new you saw and want to integrate it as part of your work, or more power to render something a little different. -

musashidan, Transpose line is still there, I think both have their uses (many people complain about Transpose, but it's quite powerful once you've figured it out). A regular gizmo just feels so much simpler for 80% of what I used to do with the Transpose line though.
