I might consider fleshing out your blockout more, getting some interior camera angles set up with the FOV you are looking for, and defining the elements on the image you like in block geo. Focusing on scale and interesting layout, and considering the story you want to tell within it. Then maybe you can shift gears and go… -

Completely agree, the menus are pretty and laid out ok, but there's no need for it to be split up so much. The car delivery thing is absolutely fucking pointless. really quick and dirty normal map bake test at 4098. just an atlas projection, about as inefficient as could be. Have to sort out smoothing groups and of course make real UVs then exploded geo for the bake.
