Here are some concepts for general NPC's for a project I'm working on. Just looking to get some feedback from you guys. Please ignore the hats, it's purely for context. All of these are about 1800 tris. Gotta keep em low. Thanks in advance. -

Last update for the week, and by far took the longest to wrap my head around. Fur cards for the brim of the hat. Built in Maya, rendered in Arnold. -

Love the details on the hat! Id suggest soften the eyelid edges a bit, theyre very sharp atm. What reference are you using for the face? -

Another relatively small update, more hat detail, feather and hair! D: Been practising alot of traditional drawing so this got pushed aside a lil.
