We were there a few years ago and wanted to see Hitlers bunker but it was "closed indefinitely", it looked like an empty lot. Apparently the Germans don't want to remember 1930-45. *shrug*
I'm digging the upper body and face, but her lower body is kind of bland. Also, get into the habbit of drawing the orthos with arms at a 45 degree angle. That's how they should be modeled anyway.
I think I shot myself in the foot then with a 45 degree angle for the face T_T @praetus: I can definitely move the goggles since they're not welded in.
Coffee stains are WIP, just moved in there. 45° for the win actually quad core + 8gb 1067MHz ram FTW! Certainly runs youtube and facebook a lot faster.
I just started a Maya users group in Seattle, WA. I am looking for experienced Maya users willing to give a 45-60 minute presentation on your work or technique to the group.
The example on the right is a 90 degree angle with two extra loops. I meant a proper bevel with two 45 degree angles. Like I said - it's the same geometry just a proper bevel.
Is there a way to snap objects to one another, say if you were lining up some modular pieces? Also can I rotate objects by a certain angle, like 45 or 90 degrees?
