Hi, padding between uv shells should be bigger, especially if lightmap has low resolution. http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/Edge_padding

Your uvs are probably "wrong". Make it 1:1 for every piece and it should fix this resolutions discrepancy between every shell.

Cool. Not much wear and tear here, except for the spilled paint. Looks like galvanized steel, which is a patchy kind of surface.
