Does it contain more than 4-sided faces? Or the mesh orientation may be inverted, etc. I don't know what tool you are using, but if it is Maya, running a cleanup may reveal errors in the model.
Right now, the face proportions are off. I'd revisit the size of the eyes and use those as a measurement bar for where the elements are placed on the face, etc.

Concentrate on the structure of the face. Get used to using the trimdynamic brush or flatten brush to define your face planes properly. Here is an example image:
Currently working on sculpting the overall face shape. Going for a slightly stylized look with some facial features that are present in the female faces of league characters.
