MoP: That makes far too much sense. DUNCE question time: In Maya how do I change the colour of my objects wireframe in the viewport ? There is a wireframe colour selection under display but when i change it to say black, or any other colour for that matter it doesnt do anything, im left with default green. -

Ah, that's it then. The Red wireframe will only show up when you put a light in the scene that the DirectX viewport manager doesn't support. You can use any Omni, Spot or Direct light, but as soon as you add a skylight the mesh turns to red wireframe. Just get rid of the Skylight and everything will be fine. I just tested…
