Krikor: Thanks! sorry i missed your comment. To be fair, I think any other person could have done it better in that time frame, didn't have much time to practice :/ What I can share with you guys from what i learned from Scott Eaton is the importance of the skull, if the skull is not right, then your face won't be right…
Not sure if the face is too big or the skull is too small, but there is a big problem on the head. The eyes line should be near the middle of the entire head. The body looks ok. But I would suggest to practice with existing characters, try to reproduce one you love, with lot of refs, you will improve your skills way faster…
I've realized that while I keep getting better at actual poly modeling, I'm pretty much useless without a concept sketch to work from and at least top/side orthos to get me started. I just don't have a good eye for proportions or much in the way of an artistic sense. While of course I should overcome this, how much of a…

Started Scott Eaton's Portraiture & Facial anatoy course. (http://www.scott-eaton.com/portraiture-facial-anatomy-online-course) A couple of weeks in, and really enjoying it, learning a ton, definitely recommended! Wanted to see if it improved my facial sculpting skill so far. So this started as a skull and took it a bit…
In order to have a better understanding of the human face so that I can make something actually believable. This thread will be dedicated to building up faces from skulls with muscles, fat, and so on. There will be many failures, more than likely you will scream 'pls kill these with fire' but hopefully after some countless…
