My workflow would be improved if working with the wacom were like working with a pencil, with ultra fast strokes. More responsiveness, more control over pressure sensivity, Better drivers.
Mind posting some of these inspiring drawings? Haven't seen good pieces that actually use that criss-crossing pattern for a while. Directional pencil marks on the other hand look beautiful.
Added some more assets to the scene; Atari cartridges, a real Antenna, and a Pen and Pencil. Also adjusted the Lighting but fixing some lights as well a LUT color grade. LUT preview from Photoshop A quick LUT test for the scene.

My Sneaky Greatsword wielding lizard man (Who is also very charming, judging by my mysteriously high speech skill.) And my pencil necked, geeky orc wizard who I like to think is more Altmer then Orsimer.
Your silhouettes are interesting; nice front and side silhouette, but a very bland top silhouette and things don't hold up that well in perspective either. I'd rethink the wings a bit, plus the 'pencil shaped'-tip you have going on
Instant improvement dude. ;) Compare this last one to "FrontSurfaceDetailM.jpg" and just take in how much your pencil work has evolved. Keep refining this look until your values are milky smooth with less rough hatching. Keep it up!
