That's insane. I'm from the Charlotte area. I don't know how old this video is, but it seems to be getting popular. It was reported about a decade ago that the military was conducting urban warfare drills inside Charlotte without notice. Scared a lot of people. But, I think this guy needs his medication. -

With the texturing a very grimey urban feel, something looking similar to brooklyn or so. For the lighting I want to get an intense mist/snow mid nov sort of time. Managed to do wonders with the UDK imports now just for texturing, will hopefully have some more screens up soon. -

CineBox is like an urban legend. According to an arbitrary article on some site it has been used on one of Planet of Apes movie and the Hollywood guy who used it was very impressed or something along these lines :D Man even I don't remember it exactly :D All I know is that it exists. -

Maybe they shouldn't reuse so many elements, from BF4, that have reason being in an urban environment, between cops and robbers. What police force uses rpgs? What police helicopter has missiles? The quality just isn't there either (at the moment). That's why people keep calling it a DLC/mod. -

Oh... $2 dollar tacos sounds good about now. I love fallout and new vegas, but the assets in the game could be done better. Look into urban exploring... there is plenty of websites out there with uber amounts of pictures. The post nuke/abandoned look is my favorite and looking forward to seeing more.
